Who we are

First American Medicare is an independent insurance brokerage operated by First American Insurance, licensed to sell Medicare-related insurance products in 44 states. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the federal Medicare program, CMS, or any government agency. Enrollment in any plan we present is voluntary.

No medical or legal advice

Content on this site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Insurance plan benefits, premiums, copays, and networks are determined by each carrier and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and may change. Always confirm details directly with the carrier and Medicare.gov before enrolling.

Permission to Contact

When you submit a Permission to Contact (PTC) form, you authorize a licensed agent of First American Medicare to contact you about the products you selected. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing us or asking to be removed during a call.

SMS terms

• By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from First American Medicare about your inquiry, appointments, and Medicare-related information.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We will never share your mobile opt-in or phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape data, or use the site to violate any law or third party's rights.

Intellectual property
